CEC Staff Participate in "Jeans for Troops" Event

West Caldwell, NJ May 25 -
CEC staff across the county participated in the G.I. Go Fund's "Jeans for Troops" fundraising drive to benefit returning veterans. Over 300 companies, schools, and government agencies across the state of New Jersey and parts of the country helped to raise funds for returning veterans.

"As Memorial Day approaches, I am very proud of our staff across the country who participated in this event to support returning troops. I would also like to thank all our staff who are current and former members of the United States Armed Forces as their dedication and commitment to quality helps make our company better each day," said Dr. Robert Mackey, Senior Vice President for Clinical Services, Quality Assurance and Research.

The event was created by the G.I. Go Fund whose mission is to provide veterans with help finding employment and educational opportunities, homelessness assistance, and connections to critical benefits. Their efforts have assisted thousands of veterans when they return home to reenter their communities.

"The G.I. Go Fund has a great mission and we are very happy to support their efforts to provide these services to veterans. The journey home from war fields can often be difficult and these services are much needed," added Dr. Mackey.
