Package drop off on Monday and Thursday 8:30am to 12:00pm and 2:30pm to 4:00pm.

HISTORY

• Delaney Hall opened in May of 2000.
• County offenders referred through Essex County Department of Public Safety.
• State offenders are referred through the New Jersey State Parole Board.
• Delaney Hall is named after Geraldine O. Delaney who was a pioneer in the field of substance abuse treatment.

SERVICES

• Delaney Hall provides residential reentry treatment services for several referring sources and its goal is to reduce offender recidivism.
• Delaney Hall treatment services include assessments, substance abuse treatment, life skills training, individual and group counseling, relapse prevention, anger management, and educational and GED services.
• Delaney Hall also maintains a very active Alumni Association that provides aftercare services to ex-offenders including housing and employment referrals, continued substance abuse and alcohol treatment, and mentorship.
• The Family Services program at Delaney Hall serves to reunite residents with their families through controlled and therapeutic settings and activities.
• Delaney Hall operates a Regional Assessment Center (RAC) program for the New Jersey State Parole Board that provides assessments to parole violators to determine their suitability to remain on parole.
• Delaney Hall is accredited by the American Correctional Association (ACA) and scored a perfect 100% on all mandatory and non-mandatory standards on its most recent accreditation.
• CEC is the service provider for Education and Health Centers of America, Inc. at Delaney Hall.
